This site is operated by the Ardom Desert APV initiative — the agrivoltaic initiative in the southern Arava, a partnership of Ardom and Doral (hereinafter: "the initiative" or "we"). The purpose of this document is to explain how we collect, use, store and protect the information provided to us by visitors to the site and people registering for the initiative's activities.

The initiative does not sell or offer products on the site. The information collected is provided voluntarily by users in one of the following ways:

• Signing up to the newsletter to receive updates by email.
• Registering for the initiative's events (such as webinars, study days and conferences), including providing contact details in order to receive relevant messages (by email or SMS).

The information may include a name, email address, phone number and organisational/professional details provided in the registration forms only.

The initiative does not share the information with external parties, except for technology providers that supply technical services (such as mailing or SMS systems) and operate under confidentiality agreements.
